I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!

FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit)

– Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. We love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– NO pets may enter the house.
– Any damage or by not following these rules will result in an additional charge or in the loss of your deposit.

POOL RULES
- ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS NEAR THE POOL/POOL DECK/BACKYARD AREA. YOU MAY USE DESIGNATED PLASTIC CUPS IN THE BACKYARD*
- DO NOT touch the pool equipment.
- Swim at Your Own Risk. You agree to waive liability and hold the hosts and owner of the property harmless for the use of the swimming pool.
- NO running.
- NO diving
- NO person under the influence of drugs or alcohol may use the pool.

OTHER HOUSE RULES
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent, and you will be charged for stained linen).
- Please remove shoes/slippers at the entry of the home to keep the white floors clean and the inside of the house sanitary.
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (press the SCHLAGE button to lock the deadbolt).
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will clean/pick up after yourself.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out will inquire an extra charge of $45 and there is no guarantee the cleaning team can accommodate. We do apologize, however, please request any late checkout before the day of check in).
- Put all used dishes in the dishwasher with pod and run cycle OR hand wash your used dishes and leave clean dishes on drying rack.
- Put all used towels on the floor so we know the ones that were used.
- Press the SCHLAGE lock button to lock the front door after leaving.
- Send me a message that you have left.

KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please put all dishes you used in the dishwasher (put dishwasher detergent or pod in and run dishwasher) OR hand wash used dishes and leave clean dishes on dish drying rack.
– Please Rinse and Remove all food from dishes prior to putting them in the
dishwasher.
– Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any dishes away.

GAS GRILL/INDOOR FIREPLACE - RULES/INSTRUCTIONS
– The backyard has a gas grill and must be extinguished with the gas being closed or shut off (both the burners and the propane tank must be turned off/closed) prior to leaving premises for safety and must never be left without supervision.
- When finished using the gas grill, please clean be sure to scrape and fully clean the grill grates, put back on the cover, and bring all grill cooking utensils inside and wash them. Please do not leave the grill unclean.
- Please ensure to clean the indoor fireplace after use so that it can be clean and ready to use by next guests.
- We do not regularly provide propane and/or wood. You are welcome to purchase propane to use the gas grill and/or wood to use within the indoor fireplace. You may find propane or wood leftover from the previous guests.
- DO NOT put/burn any items within the flames.
- DO NOT leave the fire unattended.


GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please bring out the garbage and recycling bins (should be placed along the wall inside the carport) to the curb anytime on SUNDAY since garbage will be picked up by the city early every Monday morning.
- Recycling is strongly encouraged by placing plastic/glass/paper in the blue and orange bins.

LANAI/OUTDOOR POOL LIGHTS - RULES/INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you choose to use the outdoor lights, you can turn on the fans and lights from the light switches just inside the double doors. You can also turn on the bistro lights and the fountain inside the lanai by turning on the electrical power strip on the floor in the corner. You can turn on the lighting to the outside pool deck area by pressing the switch by the screened in door to access the pool deck area. Please remember to turn all lights off before you come back inside at night.

ITEMS PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
-Toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tabs are provided for a short-term stay. If you stay with us for a longer period, we are so appreciative but due to our short-term nature we kindly ask for you to provide those items past what is provided.
-Laundry detergent is not provided at our locations, but you may get lucky to find some from our cleaners or previous guests for usage.
-Pots, pans, silverware, and all linens are provided for your entire stay.
